Pear Tree Grove is a warm, family-run residential care home in the heart of Syston, Leicester. Recently refurbished to a high standard, our home offers ten single bedrooms and a peaceful, supportive environment for adults with learning difficulties.
We provide full-time residential care, short-term respite stays, and help with the transition into supported living. With two cosy lounges, a separate dining room, and a spacious garden, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy daily life. Our location on Fosse Way also means we’re just a short walk from shops, clubs, and local amenities.
Our dedicated staff team is the heart of what we do. All carers are trained beyond Level 2 in Health and Social Care, fully up to date with mandatory training, and supported by a registered manager who is on-site daily. We take the time to really get to know each resident, offering person-centred care that respects independence and promotes wellbeing.
Whether it’s pub lunches, boat trips, bowling, or movie nights at home, we make sure there’s always something to look forward to.
